Services Provided

StrandSure DNA Testing provides DNA testing, drug and alcohol screening, hair follicle testing, and fingerprinting services. We act as a collection agency and submit samples to accredited third-party laboratories for analysis.

Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you: - Are at least 18 years old or are the legal guardian of a minor participant. - Have legal authority to consent to testing. - Agree to provide valid identification and required documentation.

Confidentiality and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously: - All client information is handled confidentially and in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws. - Results are only released to authorized individuals. - We maintain secure data storage and communication systems.

Payment and Fees

- Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. - All sales are final once testing has been performed or DNA kits/supplies have been shipped. - Appointments may be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice; same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

- No refunds will be issued once testing has begun or DNA kits have been shipped. - If a recollection is required and the participant is unwilling or unable to comply, no refund will be provided. - Turnaround times are estimates; occasional delays may occur.

Accuracy and Limitations

- StrandSure uses accredited labs but does not guarantee specific outcomes or interpretations. - Test results are provided “as is” and are intended for informational or legal purposes as specified. - We are not responsible for third-party lab errors, shipping delays, or client-provided misinformation.

Client Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and truthful information. - Follow all collection instructions. - Ensure all required participants are present and cooperative.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of StrandSure DNA Testing, LLC and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

- StrandSure is not liable for: - Third-party lab errors or delays. - Emotional, financial, or legal outcomes of test results. - Issues arising from participant non-compliance or inaccurate information provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
